Every Friday and Saturday night

Welcome to Fig & Feta

The new dining experience at The Tennis Cafe!

Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Gildredge Park, Fig & Feta brings something a little different to Eastbourne — exceptional food served in a warm, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming setting.

Every Friday and Saturday evening, we present a five-course tasting menu featuring bread, amuse bouche, starter, main, dessert, and cheese. Our dishes are crafted with care, rooted in seasonal ingredients, and full of the bold Mediterranean-inspired flavours we love.

Fresh flavours, shared experiences

... where every table is a celebration

At Fig & Feta, we’re proud to serve a changing tasting menu that celebrates the very best produce of the season. Each dish is thoughtfully created by our Head Chef, James Piloni, whose passion, precision, and creativity shape every part of the Fig & Feta experience.

James brings years of experience in high-end kitchens, but what sets him apart is his instinct for flavour and his belief that great food should feel generous, soulful, and approachable. His menus move seamlessly from delicate amuse bouches to hearty mains and indulgent desserts — each course designed to bring people together around the table.

Our five-course structure gives guests the chance to slow down, explore different flavours, and enjoy an evening that feels both relaxed and beautifully curated. No two menus are ever the same, and many of our regular guests return simply to see what James creates next.
